All mental health and other private practices will need to adopt their patient onboarding and price disclosure practices to comply with the new federal No Surprises Act and the Massachusetts Patients First Law.
As of 2022, these laws impact Massachusetts neuropsychology practices, and failure to comply can result in significant liability for practice owners.

Ø How are the No Surprises Act and the Massachusetts Patients First Law different?
Ø What changes will practices need to make to their pricing disclosures to patients, as well as to their patient contracts?
Ø What is a good faith estimate, and will I have to provide one for every patient?
